What is the minimum order quantity for fabric?
The minimum order for all our fabrics is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can order in increments of 0.1 meters to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
Do you offer fabric samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to feel the hand and see the true color of the fabric. Samples can be purchased directly on each product page for a small fee.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by location.
What is your return policy on cut fabrics?
Because fabrics are cut to your specific length requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to photograph our fabrics in natural light to provide the most accurate representation. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
Do you provide wholesale pricing for large orders?
