London Coat Pattern

The London Coat is oversized and unlined. The coat front has a 4" overlap which can be left open or secured with a feature pin, making it the perfect layer for a relaxed autumn/winter style. It features a hood, dropped shoulders and full-length sleeves with turned back cuffs. The horizontal hip seam, with inseam pockets, provides the opportunity for colour blocking. As seams are overlapped and edges and hems left raw, this coat is best made up in boiled wools, felted wools that do not fray when cut.

Sizes (AUS): 0-4

Recommended fabrics: boiled wool and boiled felted wool. Not suitable for woven fabrics that fray when cut.

Copy Shop pattern: Two pattern sheets. Sheets 1 and 2 are A0 size pattern sheet.

Print-at-home pattern: 60 pattern tiles in total. Sheet 1 is 32 pages and Sheet 2 is 28 pages. On each pattern sheet, Page 1 includes the test square and page 2 features the layout guide. To check for scale accuracy, we strongly recommend printing page 1 first.
